Issues and Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt, including the packaging. If you find any errors, damages, missing items, or receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Be sure to take photos and videos to help resolve the issue quickly and activate the warranty.

We allow a period of 7 days from the receipt of your product to submit any claims related to damages, defects, or errors from our end. In the unlikely event that your sign is damaged and you believe it is not the result of shipping, we will request proof of purchase, order number, name, and email address, as well as photos and videos showing how it was damaged or defective.

Our customer service team will then evaluate each issue on a case-by-case basis, and if we determine that the problem originated from our end, we will ensure and rectify the issue promptly.

Returns

Coveinnovations does not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, as each product is custom-made or designed specifically for you, with your accepted customization. If the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product and we will strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible to your satisfaction.

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged and you believe it is not the result of shipping, or if you receive a product different from what was previously ordered, we will notify you within 72 hours of receiving the supporting photos and videos, and let you know whether a product replacement is accepted. If accepted, you will automatically be re-entered into our system to have a brand new product identical to the original (same design, same size, same color, same features) produced and shipped to the same address. Please note that it may take some time to reproduce and ship your product, but we will try to send it as quickly as possible.

Warranty

Our products are carefully designed and manufactured with the highest quality control to ensure you receive an excellent product right at your doorstep.

All of our signs come with a warranty period of 12 to 24 months. The warranty covers faulty components and functions, such as power supply, connections, controllers, remotes, and LED or vacuum tubes in the case of glass, when used properly.

It is crucial that you follow all installation and operation instructions before attempting to assemble or test your product for the first time, as failure to do so may damage your product and void your warranty.

As soon as you notice an issue with your product, you must take photos and videos of any faulty parts of the product. These photos and videos should clearly show the part or component causing the issue, its performance, and most importantly, any labels or prints on that device or component. This will help us investigate the root cause.

You must contact us within 24 hours of noticing a defect or faulty part if you are filing a warranty claim. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your warranty.

If we determine that there is an issue with a component, part, or section covered by the warranty, we will promptly arrange for the return, repair, and reshipment of your component or part at no additional cost to you!
