At Cove Innovations, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.

 

 

All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping. Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada.

 

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 1 week of the order placement date.

 

 

Upon shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 

 

In the event of any delays, we will notify you via email with an updated delivery timeframe. We understand the importance of receiving your orders promptly and will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

 

 

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination.

 

 

Coveinnovations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim. Additionally, ensure that you capture and save photos and videos as proof.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately within 3 days to file a claim. After filing the claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing the shipment claim number along with photographic and video evidence. Upon receiving this information, we will promptly arrange for the return, repair, and reshipment of your item at no additional cost.
